Every Saturday morning, the UH Maui College parking lot on Kaahumanu Avenue in Kahului transforms into Maui's biggest swap meet. For just $1 entry (not free!), you get access to 200+ vendors selling everything from handmade crafts and vintage aloha shirts to fresh coconut water and those incredible açaí bowls that'll run you $15 but are totally worth it.
This is where locals actually shop, so expect real talk on prices — some booths are genuine bargains while others can be pricey. You'll find authentic reef-safe sunblock, traditional handicrafts made from local materials, and fresh tropical produce alongside the usual tourist stuff. Come early before the Central Maui heat kicks in.
💡 Insider Tip
Arrive right at 7am for the best selection and bring cash — many vendors don't take cards. The açaí bowls are expensive but amazing, and don't miss the coconut master for fresh coconut water.
